- Add butter to above bowl..
- Then to this add atta and mix well.Then add milk in two batches by mixing in between..
- Then split this to four parts by adding them to bowl of four essence (chocolates melted,rose syrup and mango shake).Mix them well..
- Heat a tawa, grease it then pour small amountof (1tbsp spoon full) the crepe mix from 4 bowl one above another. Spread using a ladle..
- When the sides of crepe becomes light brown take it gently from tawa then fold this to a cone shape or can use a cone mould.
- Fill this with fruits chopped and whipping cream..
