- Chop Chorizo Sausage.
- Grab a Small to Medium Pan and Splash some Cooking Olive Oil In It.
- Add Chorizo to pan and start cooking. Gently turn them for a minute.
- Boil kettle full of water.
- Add a quater of a cup of wine after a minute.
- Add Tomatoes.
- Add Chilli and Garlic.
- Add salt, pepper and sugar.
- Add basil.
- Cook at medium heat until it thickens (Stir occasionally).
- Boil a 2ltr pan of water (Add kettle water) and add a Tsp of Salt.
- Add A Quarter Of A Pack Of Spaghetti once water is boiled (Per Person).
- Press spaghetti in slowly so that is softens on the way it and then stir it so that its seperated.
- Cook spaghetti until Aldenti (Give or take 10 to 12 minutes).
- While cooking grate cheese.
- Throw spaghetti at wall to see if done cooking (if it sticks. Its ready to eat).
- Take sauce off heat once its thick enough.
- Drain spaghetti in colander and then place back in now dry pan.
- Serve once spaghetti is done.
